1. Chapter
Name, legal status
1.
The CONFEDERATION OF HUNGARIAN EMPLOYERS AND
INDUSTRIALISTS is a national economic business federation of the employers,
which was founded by the member organizations of the Hungarian economy. Its
commission is to function in economic, professional activities, to function as
a business federation, to protect, convey and harmonize interests and to
develop the Hungarian economy and the international economic relations.

confederation: founded under the force of .the law dated on 1989 section II on
union, and is a separate social organization that is independent of the
government and parliamentary parties.

Purpose of MGYOSZ

The purpose of the Confederation of Hungarian
Employers and Industrialists is to function as a business federation and an
enforcer of interests that helps the development of the economy and society in
such a way that it establishes the realization of economic interests and
interests of employers and during this work the organization establishes the
representation of the capital in Hungary. This will be done by reclining upon a
base of members which is as wide as possible.
The new organization – on the basis of the economic power represented by it-
intends to influence legislature and executive power and hereby to reinforce
the influence of economy on political decisions. During its operation the
confederation is independent of political parties, movements, but it endeavors
to cooperate with them. The confederation cooperates with its partners, above
all, with business federations of employees and competent governmental
agencies.
The above purpose will be realized mainly
by functioning as an economic business federation of employers both in Hungary
and abroad.
The confederation pays special attention
to represent the interests of small and medium entrepreneurs.
Its accentuated task is considered to be
the emergence of the members’ economic interests as employers in the process of
joining the European Union.
Tasks of MGYOSZ as an economic business federation that protects,
conveys and harmonizes interests

MGYOSZ functions as an economic business
federation that protects, conveys and harmonizes interests in macro level.
Within the framework of this:
-
In the governmental and parliamentarian period
of legislature the confederation influences the making of laws or initiates a
new law if needed.
-
They represent the suggestions and opinions of
the members on the plans of laws that relates to enterprises and economic
section, on the plans of decisions and economic rules. The confederation treats
the conflicting interests before forwarding them.

They function as a business federation in macro
level, and on forums of harmonization of interests they represent the
harmonized federal opinions and in certain cases, they represent the opinions
that reflect the standpoint of the minority.

They convey the comments and answers of the
competent agencies
-
They participate in the creation of concepts and
thoughts in economic policy

They operate a forum of company leaders
-
In order to establish and deepen the cooperation
between its members and the cooperation between the economic sections, they
help the involved parties to solve their problems themselves by social means
and by harmonizing their interests. This is done by making suggestions,
comments and by conveying the interests.

If its members initiate so, the confederation
organizes the resolution of conflicts between them by harmonizing their
interests.
The tasks of MGYOSZ as a business federation of employers

According to the authorization of its members,
MGYOSZ, as a confederation that unites the majority of professional
associations, represents the members’ national interests related to their
tasks as employers. They participate in the works of national forums of
harmonization of interests as a social partner. They are aware that in case of
changes in conditions and laws in connection with labor relationships, the
members would get information that cover all bases in due time, and the members
would be prepared for the effects of the changes.
They make national labor and economic
agreements according to the authorization of their members
MGYOSZ encourages the building of an
extensive system of labor relationships in middle and enterprise level.
The functioning of MGYOSZ as a business
federation of employers cannot offend the independence of the member
organizations, their autonomy of acts, and their freedom in decision,
representation and execution.
International relations and activities of MGYOSZ
The main purpose of the international
activities of MGYOSZ is to enforce its members’ economic interests as employers
in the process of joining the European Union. For this reason, the
confederation endeavors to become a member in European and international
economic business federations of employers. MGYOSZ has contacts with
international labor organizations and if it’s possible, they participate in the
works of these organizations. They endeavor to cooperate with national business
federations of industrialists and employers.
Public relations and press activities of MGYOSZ

MGYOSZ reckons that to constantly inform the
members, entrepreneurs and the wide public opinion on the economic processes is
an important part of representing and enforcing interests. They also want to
represent the standpoints and opinions that were made within the framework of
their functioning as an economic business federation of employers by the means
of publicity.
In order to reach these goals MGYOSZ
publishes a “Bulletin” and other press releases, creates a forum in order to
maintain the relations with the representatives of the press.
Service-like tasks of MGYOSZ
10. Within the framework of the service-like tasks of MGYOSZ:

They help the national and international
economic activities of the members and entrepreneurs by the means of development
of commerce that is common in international practice, through their system of
relations with foreign partner organizations.

They constantly provide the entrepreneurs with
the needed information for economic activities by joining international
information systems, through their member associations or directly. (marketing,
capital investments, developments, cooperation, tender information etc.)
-
They give information on decisions of economic
policy, concepts, making of laws and their modifications, other legal issues,
and in questions of duty, delivery, finance, estimation of assets,
privatization.

They maintain an advisory service if needed
-
They operate an economic organization with the
following purposes: education, post-gradual education, retraining, Hungarian
and international leadership training. They plan and organize courses, series
of lectures and seminars of special and professional skills.

They help the activities of the members and
entrepreneurs in different forms. (seeking partners, participation in
technological transfer)
In order to complete its tasks, MGYOSZ
founds an economic company, enterprise, participates in economic organization,
founds foundations and participates in them, this activity of MGYOSZ cannot
conflict the interests of the members.

The cooperation of MGYOSZ with polity, business federations, parties
and chambers of economy
13. In order to complete its basic tasks effectively the confederation
cooperates with agencies of the government, ministries and other polity
agencies, local governments, other economic business federations of employers,
and, furthermore, with trade unions and chambers of economy.
MGYOSZ, as a separate, independent
confederation, do everything in order to influence the activities and decisions
of the Parliament, government and other polity agencies according to the
interests of the members of the confederation.
They represent the entrepreneurs’
interests in forums of harmonization of interests organized by the government,
they give comments, extensive analysis and suggestions for the government on
the essential processes of the economic policy of enterprises and the competent
ministries (organizations of nationwide competence) and they initiate the
making of new laws.
MGYOSZ is involved in a constant exchange
of opinions about current questions of enterprising with the organizations of
legislature, government and other polity agencies.
MGYOSZ, according to the authorization
and participation of its members, is having conciliatory discussions with the
ministries (organizations of nationwide competence). Within the framework of
these discussions:

They make comments on the planned provisions of
ministries (organizations of nationwide competence) and invite the representatives
of them to negotiations where these issues are discussed.

In professional issues the members keep
contact by themselves
14. In accordance with the operation of MGYOSZ as a separate and
independent organization, they endeavor to cooperate with political parties
that play an active role in public life, with economic business federations of
employers and employees and other social organizations. For this purpose they
initiate and organize common forums of interest harmonization in questions that
concern the major part of the economy.
On local forums of harmonization of
interest of employers and on other economic forums, in issues of regional
harmonization of interests, MGYOSZ is represented by regional association of
members.
In case there is no independent regional
members’ association of MGYOSZ in the given region (county, region), MGYOSZ can
establish a regional committee / labor group that has no legal personality,
from local entrepreneurs that are members of MGYOSZ. MGYOSZ can appoint a local
entrepreneur or a member to represent them occasionally or permanently.
16.MGYOSZ cooperates with the national
and regional chambers of economy, mainly the chambers of industry and commerce.
They constantly monitor the activities of the chambers, make comments on the
propositions of the chambers and represent their members’ interests in questions
of the process of preparation of the chambers’ decisions. MGYOSZ endeavors to
represent itself in the corporations of the chambers in proportion to its
members.
In professional questions the
professional organizations keep contact directly with the appropriate
organizations and corporations of the chambers. In several questions related to
the profession and the major part of the economy, MGYOSZ, according to the
request of the members, coordinate and organize a unified move.

and responsibilities of the members
17. Forms of membership:

18. A honorary member can be:
a, The following organizations that
complete economic tasks, tasks of employers, representation, conveyance and
harmonization of interests:

professional association

regional association (union)

social organizations that complete tasks of
harmonization of interests of entrepreneurs and the confederation of these
b, Every company that has a seat in
Hungary, that is registered, an economic company that has legal personality
and that the registered capital of it exceeds 50 million HUF or its annual
income exceeds 500 million HUF.
19. Honorary member: the Presidency can
accept every person that supports the work of MGYOSZ in a prominent way as
honorary member.
Rights and responsibilities of
members:
20. Responsibilities of a normal member:
-
he must accept the constitution of the
confederation
-
he supports the activity of the confederation,
develops it with his work and participation, strengthen the cooperation between
the members.
-
He agrees to pay the membership fee, he pays the
membership fee appropriate to the membership fee payment order, he provides the
data to determine the membership fee according to schedule
-
The constitution of the confederation, the
decision of the corporation, principles, standpoints, propositions (hereby
referred to as decision of the association) are obligatorily normative and must
be executed by the members- in this qualification during their activities.
However, if there is a member who has a justified objection against the given
decision of the association, he can demand the immediate publication of his
separate opinion: the member has a right to represent his independent
standpoint.
21. Rights of a normal member:
- A normal member- through his
representative - has the right to participate in the general assembly. If he is
a member of an association, the president (representative) of the association,
if he is a member of an economic company, the leader office-holder of the
company will be considered a representative, if prevented, the person
authorized according to the Civil Code.

A normal member has right
to vote on the general assembly
-
A normal member can
participate in the elections or can be elected to any function in the
confederation.
-
A normal member can
participate in the works of the committees and departments
-
A normal member may
enjoy the services of the confederation, freely or with a discount depending on
the service.
-
A normal member can
make suggestions and proposals to the office-holders, the organizations of the
confederation, its committees, departments and administrator organizations: he
can ask for information about any activity of the confederation, which must be
answered effectively by the concerned person within 30 days.
-
In case of request,
authorization or mandate of the presidency, a normal member or his authorized
representative has the right to represent the confederation in a given
professional question until the authorization is valid.
-
In exchange of the
membership fee the following services will be given by the confederation for
economic companies that have a normal membership or member companies of member
unions.

enterprises

A normal member in
order to help the operation of the confederation, to provide an allocation, to
hold its programs, according to an agreement that arranges the conditions of
it, has the right to use the premises that belong exclusively to the
confederation or are in permanent usage.. Normal members enjoys preference in
allocation.
22. Rights of an
honorary member
-
An honorary member has
the right to participate in the general assembly and other programs of the
confederation with right to be in council.
An honorary member
need not to pay membership fee.
Beginning and cancellation of a membership
The presidency
decides about the entering of a normal member by accepting the declaration of
entry. In case the declaration was dismissed, a reconsideration can be demanded
from the General Assembly.
Within 30 days
from the receipt of the acceptance of the declaration of entry, the member
must transfer the annual payment in proportional part to MGYOSZ.
By the following
year the member will pay the membership fee in two equal payments, first until
30, April, second until 30, September.
If the member
refuses to pay after the second written notice, his membership will be
automatically canceled on the third month from the second notice.
If the member
intends to quit, he must inform MGYOSZ presidency in written notice 3 months
before mid-term or the end of the year.
Membership is
canceled on the last day of the calendar year.
Membership is
canceled also if the member is canceled without successor. The date of
cancellation of membership in this case is the day when the organization was
closed.
If the member- in
spite of the notice-. do not complete his undertaken responsibilities, his
activity conflicts with the constitution of MGYOSZ or commit something
seriously against the ethical standards of MGYOSZ, the presidency has the right
to exclude him. In case of such decision the concerned member can ask for
reconsideration from the General Assembly. The membership is canceled when the
decision or the standpoint of the General Assembly comes into force.

26. The main board of MGYOSZ is the General Assembly
The normal members attend on the General Assembly with
mandate.

27. General assembly runs upon an annual schedule, and
has sittings if needed but at least once a year. The General assembly is
convened by the Presidency. It also shall be convened if it is proposed by the
tribunal or the 1/3 of the members with giving the reason and the objective.
The invitation shall be sent to all attendees as well as it shall be published
at least 15 days before the time of the general assembly in a national
daily paper.
The invitation shall contain the following:
a)
the time and place of
the General Assembly;
b)
a list of subjects
marking if the given subject is written or verbal;
c)
a notice on the
fact that if the General Assembly has no quorum the repeated assembly will be
held on the same day in a later time with the same schedule which will be
capable of making a decision independent of the number of attendees.
28. The competencies of the General Assembly:
a)
establishment or
modification of the constitution introduced by the Presidency;
b)
election and/or
replacement the president, general vice-president, vice-presidents and the
member of the Presidency of MGYOSZ
c)
election, replacement
of the president, members and additional members of the Control Commission;
d)
election, replacement
of the president, members and additional members of the Ethical Commission;
e)
election, replacement
of the president and members of the Commission of Mandate Inquiry;
f)
decisions in financial
matters of MGYOSZ (above 50 million HUF)
g)
decision in the
subjects of forming a company by MGYOSZ or by the participation of MGYOSZ, in
establishing a foundation or participating in a foundation (above 10 million
HUF);
h)
adaptation, modification
of the Ethical Code;
i)
statement of the
association with other social organizations or partitioning of MGYOSZ;
j)
decision on joining of
MGYOSZ to other social organization;
k)
decision in the
membership of MGYOSZ in international organizations;
l)
passing resolution on
the duties of the Presidency of MGYOSZ, the functions of the administration and
on the annual report;
m)
ratification of the
annual financial report and the balance report of MGYOSZ and decision on the
budget of the next year;
n)
establishing the course
of the payment of membership fee, and determining the amount of the membership
fee;
o)
discussing and passing
the annual report of the Control Commission;
p)
decision in the
revision of the resolutions of the presidency in refusing an application for
joining and/or in expelling;
r)
foundation and awarding
of prizes;
s)
discussing and passing
other reports, resolutions presented by Presidency.
29. The General Assembly is capable of making
decisions if the 50 % of the general members + 1 person are present. If the
General Assembly has no quorum the repeated assembly shall be held on the same
day in a later time with the same schedule which will be capable of making
decisions independent of the number of attendees, and the members shall be
notified on this fact.
30. The resolution is passed by simple majority. 2/3
majority is necessary in the decisions about the modification of the
constitution of MGYOSZ, on the association with other social organizations or
on dissolving. In case of equality of votes the vote of the President of
General Assembly is decisive.
31. In the assembly the voting is public in every
subject even in personnel matters. Although the General Assembly has the
right to decide the secret ballot if the 20% of the attendees with mandate
propose such.
32. The meetings of the General Assembly are presided
over by the president(s) elected in the assembly.
Presidency
33. Presidency is the management body of MGYOSZ
which manages the work of the association between two assemblies. The
competency of the Presidency includes the decision in every case not directly
part of the competency of General Assembly.
34. Number of the members of Presidency is 25 persons:

35. The competency of Presidency includes:
a)
management of MGYOSZ’s
activities in keeping with the resolutions of the General Assembly, working
out the working scheduled of MGYOSZ for the next year, determining the
standpoint of MGYOSZ in fundamental questions concerning the members;
b)
convening the General
Assembly;
c)
introduction of the
constitution and/or its modifications for the General Assembly;
d)
determination of the
Association’s standpoint and recommendations concerning the conceptions on
economic politics and labor, law-making and forwarding them for the appropriate
authorities (e.g. Parliament, Government, etc.), coordination and management of
the lobby activities of MGYOSZ;
e)
establishing and
dissolving of permanent and ad hoc committees, discussing, adopting their
reports;
f)
ratification of the
appointment and the dismissal of the Secretary General to the proposal of the
President;
g)
determining the
conditions of the mandates of General Assembly;
h)
decision in financial
matters of MGYOSZ above 10 million HUF (under 50 million HUF);
i)
passing a resolution in
the subject of discussing and ratification of the report on the work of the
Presidency and the activities of the administration of MGYOSZ;
j)
requesting, entrusting
of the member organization representing MGYOSZ or its representative and the
commission of MGYOSZ in professional matters;
k)
establishing and
modification of the organizational and operating rules of MGYOSZ;
l)
decision on membership
debts.
36. Presidency runs upon an annual schedule, and
has sittings if needed but at least in every two months. It is convened by
the President of MGYOSZ. The Presidency regularly informs the General Assembly
on its activities. The he Chairman of the meetings of the Presidency is the
President of MGYOSZ.
The Presidents of the Control Commission and the
Ethical Commission and the Secretary General participate on the meeting of the
presidency with right for consultation.
37. The presidents of member associations participate
on the meetings of the Presidency with right for consultation.
38. The Presidency decides by simple majority, and
generally by public voting. In case of equality of votes the vote of the
president of the meeting is decisive. The Presidency is capable of making
decisions if at least half of its members with mandate are present.
39. Presidency can establish work committees for
effective solution of the tasks of MGYOSZ, obtaining common standpoints and
ensuring it is effectively realized. The committees establishing their own
operating rules with the permission of The Presidency upon the activity they
were entrusted.
40. Presidency can establish an advisory committee
from the experienced retired leaders formerly active in the activities of the
association which has the authorities and tasks of the committee.
Control Commission
41. The duty of Control Committee containing a
President and four members, elected by the General Assembly for four years control
of the activities of MGYOSZ concerning the constitution, of the financial
matters and the execution of the resolutions of MGYOSZ’s organizations.
42. The members of the Control Commission have the
right to inspect all the documentations of MGYOSZ – within the scope of the
effective regulations. The Control Commission shall compile an annual report on
their findings and recommendations they made upon the experiences and
information come from the inspections as well as they shall compile a
comprehensive report for the General Assembly in every two years. Presidency
shall discuss both the annual and the comprehensive report in advance.
43. The President and the members of the Control
Commission does not have right for measures in the MGYOSZ’s businesses.
Commission of Mandate Inquiry
44. The Commission of Mandate Inquiry
elected for four years, containing a President and four members ascertains the
mandate of the normal members, the authorization for representation of the
attendees of the General Assembly and the capability of the General Assembly
for making decisions according to the constitution.
Ethical Commission
45. The Ethical Commission elected for four years,
containing a President and four members works out the Ethical Code of MGYOSZ
and inspect if it is kept. The Ethical Code is adopted by the General Assembly.
46. The Ethical Commission takes a stand in cases of
ethical offense of the members and representatives of MGYOSZ and proposes
sanctions to the Presidency.
The local organizations of MGYOSZ
47. MGYOSZ is represented by the particular local
member organization(s) as members in local labor and other economic
authorities in cases of reconciling interests locally.
48. If there isn’t any autonom member association of
MGYOSZ in a particular place (county, region) MGYOSZ can establish a local
committee/work group not a legal entity from local businessmen members or can
antirust a businessman or member occasionally to be its permanent
representative in the area.
Other organizations of MGYOSZ
49. There are permanent and ad hoc
committees, expert groups (other organizations) which concentrate the
representatives of the member organizations and the businessmen according to
the main areas of professional, financial, employment business federation’s
activities, the functions and important areas of economy.
50. Other organizations of MGYOSZ which
are not legal entities get the representatives of members of MGYOSZ together
with the functions determined by their agreement, ensure that every
representative of members participates regularly and continuously in MGYOSZ’s
activities.
51. The other organizations run upon an
annual schedule if it is possible, they work out expert opinions, standpoints,
and recommendations.
They can entrust experts or a group of
experts with preparing and working with a certain topic, and they can form work
committee for working out the standpoints of the body.
52. Members can participate in the
activities of more than one work group at the same time, they have the
right to take the advantage of the branches – independent of the fact they are
member of them or not – with their suggestions and initiatives.
53. Companies, businessmen without
membership also can participate in the activities of the other organization –
by paying the annual membership fee laid in the organizational and operating
rules.
54. The Presidency continuously informs
the membership on the establishment, dissolving of other organizations and on
every change in personnel matters.

56. The election of the President, the
General Vice President and the Vice Presidents is for four years.
57. The voted leaders fill their
positions as a social work.
58. The head officials and voted leaders
of MGYOSZ (voted leaders) represent the standpoint of the body on behalf of
MGYOSZ. The division of labor between the officials of MGYOSZ is according to
the Organizational and Operating Rules of MGYOSZ concerning the following:
58. The President’s duties particularly:
-
represents MGYOSZ in all terms;
-
manage and coordinate the activity of MGYOSZ;
-
he is the Chairman of the meetings of the
Presidency;
-
appoint the director-general, the
secretary-general with the permission of the Presidency, and he is the employer
of them.
59. The duty of the General Vice
President beside the representation is the replacement of the President i his
absence on order to ensure the undisturbed operation; management and
coordination of MGYOSZ in accordance with the President according to the labor
division adopted by the General Assembly/Presidency.
61. Duties of the Vice Presidents:
-
replacement of the President and the General
Vice President in their absence according to the established schedule,
-
leading the permanent and ad hoc committees of
the Presidency,
-
theoretical management of MGYOSZ according to
the established schedule e.g.:
- economic
political representation at the authorities of the social dialogue,
-
representation concerning labor businesses at the authorities of social dialogue,
- managing the
EU activities of the association,
- managing of
the international activities, representation in international organizations,
-
environmental protection,
- purchasing
- education,
higher education, qualification, research
- coordination
of the improvement of the area and regional activities,
- development
of the infrastructure, etc.
The members of Presidency can also
participate in the activities detailed above with the same rights as the Vice
Presidents.
62. Duties of the Secretary-general:
-
In accordance with the regulations in the
Organizational and Operating Rules of MGYOSZ ensuring that the resolutions of
the General Assembly and the Presidency are executed, and according to this
-
responsible management the activities of MGYOSZ
and its administration,
-
acting as the employer of the employees of the
administration
-
management of the financial matters of MGYOSZ in
accordance with the annual budget adopted by the General Assembly,
-
management of the basic and business activities
and services,
-
decision in financial matters below 10 million
HUF,
-
management of the international, PR and computer
technical activities of MGYOSZ.
The period of the employment of the
Secretary General is indefinite.
63. The voted leader charge is ended:
with an accepted resignation, the dismissal by the General Assembly and if
somebody is prohibited from the public affairs by a judgment. Only a Hungarian
citizen can be a voted leader of MGYOSZ. The voted leaders cannot be the
relatives of each other (according to the civil laws (Ptk.))
The administration of MGYOSZ
64. The main duty of the
administration of MGYOSZ is to execute the decisions of the leading bodies,
coordinate the opinions and suggestions of the members, to forward the to
the appropriate bodies, organizations, to forward the information comes form
the economic authorities and other organizations to the members, to prepare the
sittings and other programs of MGYOSZ organizations and to provide services
for the members of MGYOSZ and for businessmen. It provides any other duty
laid in the constitution and the organizational and operating rules.
65. The head of the administration is the
Secretary General appointed by the President upon the decision of the Presidency.
66. The organizational structure and
operating regulations of the administration for MGYOSZ particularly the
relationship of the sections of the organization, moreover any other thing
which should be done here according to the constitution is stated in the
Organizational and Operating Rules of MGYOSZ.
The representation of MGYOSZ
67. The MGYOSZ is represented by the
President and the General Vice President by themselves.. Occasionally they can
relegate this right regarding to certain matters to the vice-presidents,
secretary-general of MGYOSZ, to the members of the Presidency and the employees
to the administration of MGYOSZ with a particular authorization. All these are
laid in the Organizational and Operating Rules of MGYOSZ.
Disposition of the bank account:
-
The President together with one of the Vice
President and/or a member of the Presidency,
-
General Vice President together with one of the
Vice Presidents and/or member of the Presidency,
-
two-two persons authorized by the President and
the General Vice President
have the right to disposition of the bank
account
68. Beside the President, the General
Vice President and the Secretary General authorized by signing by themselves
those people can sign on the behalf of MGYOSZ to whom the above persons grant
this right and who has the right for it per the law.
V. Chapter
Finance of MGYOSZ
69. The financial connections between
MGYOSZ and its members are determined by the type of the membership.
70. MGYOSZ meets the costs from
membership fees, from the income of the services, donations and from other
sources.
71. The General Assembly determines the
extent of the membership fee in every year. The minimum amount of the
membership fee in the year of the formation is 250,000,- HUF.
72. The General Assembly shall decide
about the property of MGYOSZ in case of its closing down by a resolution voted
with 2/3 majority.
Closing Directions
73. This Constitution is adopted by the
forming General Assembly of MGYOSZ in July 23, 1998. Regarding the questions
not regulated by the Constitution the standards are the Rule Nr. II, 1989 on
the right for association and other concerning rules.
74. The Munkaadók és Gyáriparosok
Országos Szövetsége (Confederation of Hungarian Employers and Industrialists)
acts as the general legal successor of the associating Magyar Munkaadói
Szövetség (Association of Hungarian Employers) registered in the records of
social organizations with the registration number: 834, by the order Nr. 6
Pk.60.975/1 of the Capital Court of Justice of Budapest, and the Magyar
Gyáriparosok Országos Szövetsége (Federation of Hungarian Industrialists)
registered in the records of social organizations with the registration number:
4038 as from its valid registration determined by the effective rules.
75. The Association was registered in
November 23, 1998 in the records of social organizations with the registration
number: 8288 by the order Nr. 7. Pk. 60.853/1998 of the Capital Court of
Budapest. MGYOSZ is an autonom legal entity from the date of registration.
76. The uniform constitution valid with
the modifications above was ratified by the General Assembly of MGYOSZ in
December 5, 2000.
