Hans-Peter Keitel, leader of the Federation of German Industries (BDI), visited Budapest at the invitation of Péter Futó, president of the Business Hungary employer’s association, on October 22. The two leaders discussed how their organisations could strengthen ties and examined opportunities for economic cooperation. They also met Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Zoltán Cséfalvay, state secretary responsible for the economy.
